'Saorsa', means 'Liberty, Freedom' in Scots Gaelic.  This program equips you with therapeutic tools, resources, insight and community, to move beyond fears and enact your own heart-led, creative inspiration and innovation within the world. I help clients over-come burnout, recover from catalytic relationship experiences, narcissistic paradigms, family and financial challenges, move beyond these and bring the change they desire.  All such experiences can take a toll on our emotional balance, confidence and self esteem. What Other's Have Said:

"I thoroughly enjoyed the Saorsa workshop with Heather Bird, it was interesting, thought- provoking and liberating. I had little knowledge of the practice before joining the workshop but was looking to engage more with the spiritual side of the practice as well as wanting to reassess and take time to be more aware of my feelings.

Heather gave us a valuable insight and direction in relation to re-evaluating our past decisions, talking about holding onto emotions, how to find peace and calm and adjust our body and mind to find harmony in our practice.

I don’t want to give too much away about the workshop as I want you to enjoy it for yourself, but we did some lovely yoga sequences such as hip openers and heart openers, we went outside and did some meditation by the river, and a worthwhile exercise called the Medicine Wheel. I particularly enjoyed the Qi Gong practice which demonstrated yoga does not need to be fast and powerful but can be creating energy within the body and mind to improve health and well-being.

At the start of the day Heather tells us that Saorsa means freedom or a sense of liberation in Gaelic. I most definitely felt a sense of freedom, calm and feelings of positivity at the end of the day.

I would thoroughly recommend this workshop if you were interested in improving your wellbeing, self-belief and gaining some inspiration and direction to combine this with your yoga practice." L.F - Former Police Officer and Trainee Yoga Teacher

"Thank you for holding the space.  It is not an easy task and your gentle but strong and wise, non-invasive presence allows for people to have their own experience." E. M

"You’ve always got insightful things to say Heather, that help focus that kind of [personal development] thinking about myself" L. M

"The success is down to you, you made me feel at ease." S. F
